How you start

From joining to a qualifying purchase

  1. Join and receive a personal link

    Complete the registration, the approval and the signing of the agent agreement. Once the account is activated you receive a personal link and a work area.

  2. Share relevant opportunities

    Use the marketing materials and share your link with prospects. Registrants referred through it are attributed to you according to the program terms.

  3. Follow the activity

    In your personal area you see the attributed leads, the qualifying purchases and the commission status.

  4. Receive a commission on a qualifying purchase

    A commission of 0.5% of the price of each apartment actually purchased, subject to the program terms and to approval of the commission.

Each lead has an attribution period of 1,095 days from the date of registration. The eligibility terms are detailed in the FAQ and in the agent agreement.

Everything worth knowing before you start

How is the commission calculated?

The commission is 0.5% of the price of each apartment actually purchased, VAT included in the apartment price, subject to the terms of the agent agreement and to approval of the commission. The commission rate does not depend on any rank or on the number of previous deals.

When can a withdrawal be requested?

Once a commission has been approved and included in the balance available for withdrawal, a request can be submitted in the personal area according to the terms of the agreement and the document requirements. An amount awaiting approval is not available for withdrawal.

How is the attribution of a prospect I referred kept?

A lead who registers and is attributed to you according to the program rules is included in an attribution period of 1,095 days from the date of registration. For eligibility, the date the prospect entered the deal is checked against that period, even if the closing takes place afterwards. The remaining eligibility terms continue to apply.

What do you get in the personal area?

A personal link, marketing materials, a list of attributed leads, qualifying purchases and tracking of commissions and payments. Lead details are shown in a limited form in order to protect their privacy.

Does the agent status need to be renewed every three years?

No. There is no three year cycle that resets the agent status or the commission rate. The attribution period is examined separately for each lead, and the activity is subject to the agent agreement.
