Maor brings extensive experience in the world of transactions, both in the technology sector and in real estate. As VP Deal Flow at ExitValley, he is responsible for screening and evaluating hundreds of technology companies, leading capital raises, and managing strategic partnerships with leading innovation organizations in Israel and abroad. In parallel, he previously worked as an analyst at a global real estate development and transaction marketing company. Maor holds an LL.B. in Law and an MBA with a specialization in Finance from Ben-Gurion University. Today, he leverages this combined legal, financial, and operational expertise at Next State, with the goal of creating a new standard for making diverse real estate opportunities accessible to the broader public.

Tomer is an economist and data analyst holding a B.A. in Economics and Management, with a specialization in Capital Markets and Data Analytics. He brings strong expertise in data analysis, market trend identification, and complex financial instruments, alongside hands-on experience as an analyst at a successful startup company. In addition, Tomer served as an officer in an elite military unit, where he developed leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills under pressure.

Isaac has led dozens of fundraising rounds for startup companies, helping founders develop and execute effective capital-raising strategies. Combining a data-driven approach with strong relationship management, he builds valuable partnerships that drive growth and long-term success. At NEXTESTATE, Isaac leads the platform’s affiliate and partnership activities.

Vick Kushnir is a real estate entrepreneur, investor, and businessman with over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry. Over the years, he has led dozens of transactions, guided investors through purchasing and investment processes, and gained significant expertise in identifying opportunities, analyzing deals, and building strategic partnerships with leading developers and companies. Today, Vick heads the Real Estate division at the Next Estate platform, where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and filtering investment opportunities, while strictly maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, transparency, and quality. Vick’s guiding vision is to connect investors with premium real estate opportunities worldwide, enabling informed decision-making based on knowledge, experience, and rigorous professional due diligence.

Roei Golan is a real estate entrepreneur, investor, and investor relations specialist, with over 10 years of experience guiding real estate transactions in Israel and abroad, and building investment strategies. Over the years, he has guided hundreds of investors, led diverse real estate transactions, and gained significant expertise in identifying opportunities, analyzing deals, and building strategic partnerships with leading developers and companies. Today, Roei leads the Strategy and Investor Relations division at the Next Estate platform, where he is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, building the investor guidance process, and developing partnerships, while strictly maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, transparency, and quality. Roei’s guiding vision is to make premium real estate investments accessible to everyone, enabling informed decision-making based on knowledge, experience, and personalized guidance every step of the way.

Ziv Adar, owner of Adar Planning & Enhancement Ltd., brings over 15 years of high-level experience at the core of Israel’s urban planning and regulatory ecosystem. His background includes key national positions, such as Advisor to the Director General of the Planning Administration, Deputy Planner at VATMAL, and leading teams on major infrastructure projects like the Gush Dan Metro. Today, he specializes in land value enhancement, feasibility studies, and complex real estate transactions. At Next Estate, Ziv leads the Land Division, spearheading land sourcing and driving high-value transaction opportunities for the platform's community.
